MEET OUR FOUNDERS
The story of Biens Chocolate Centerpieces began back in 2011 when Geraldine Keogh, a native of Dublin, Ireland, and her daughter, Lindsay Smith opened a small dessert shop in Stirling, NJ called The
Dessert Ladies. They began by focusing on the very best in customer service, using quality ingredients and creating unique and delicious cakes, dessert tables and edible favors. One of the most popular favors were their specialty cake truffles they called Biens.
Biens have since developed a cult-like following and inspired Geraldine and Lindsay to branch out and bring Biens to a national audience. In the summer of 2020 they opened a factory in Denville, NJ and Biens Chocolate Centerpieces was born.
Today Biens Chocolate Centerpieces & The Dessert Ladies are thriving businesses with new Corporate Gifts, Bien Buddies, Bien Towers and more being introduced each year.
Their patented designs and custom boxes ensure that every gift looks
great, tastes delicious and arrives in perfect condition. Biens, Bien Towers and Bien Buddies have been featured desserts at events for such organizations as the NFL, Goldman Sachs, Mercedes Benz, Prudential, Northwestern Mutual, IPsoft and Forbes.
